RE/MAX
Advantage is a large real estate franchise in the state
of Georgia, USA, with 150 agents. The design challenges were mainly
to include the RE/MAX colours of red, white and blue, and the
company's symbol, the RE/MAX balloon, on the home page. The company
also wanted the site to be colourful and clean, with a minimum
of text. There are two search engines on the site, one for accessing
individual agents and the other for obtaining access to the Georgia
listing system. There is also an 'agent only' area, which is Username
and Password protected. |

Farm, amongst other things, is in the holiday caravan
business. The farm has four,
individually sited caravans, available on a quiet and
peaceful farm, which is situated in the heart of the beautiful
South Hams area of Devon, UK. The ambience of the farm is still
very much in evidence and was something the owners wanted to convey
as part of the site. We decided on a combination of subtle shades
of blue and green, within a crisp and clear design, as well as
Java Applets on four pages to give the site movement. |

Corki
Feltman is an individual real estate agent, allied to
the brokership of RE/MAX Advantage. This site was designed from
Corki's particular preferences; particularly in the choice of
colours and the fact that she wished her love of animals to be
interwoven into the 'fabric' of the site. It was important for
Corki that the site reflected her particular character. The site
contains a search engine, provided by Listingware, which
allows visitors access to the Georgia Mutliple Listing Service
(MLS). |

| Brit-Am,
LMS, Inc, is an import-export company, with branches in Georgia
USA and the Midlands, UK. American CEO, Cary Graves, wanted the
strong US-UK ties to come across on the site, together with the
joint US-UK colours of red, white and blue! The site is simple
and uncluttered but also informative, and it contains a contact
form. |

Mike
Ward is an associate broker of RE/MAX Advantage, with
30 years experience in real estate. He wanted a new, originally-designed
website that marketed Mike Ward Properties in attractive colour
combinations, which also reflected his experience, and also showed
him as an individual. The site contains a search engine, provided
by Listingware, which allows visitors access to the Georgia
Mutliple Listing Service (MLS). The site contains a simple Flash
movie. |

This
is the
website of the most popular pub and restaurant in Kingsbridge,
Devon, UK; The Creek's End Inn. It will be a
very active site, with news, events and competitions
changing on a weekly basis. The owner and manager wanted an original
design, using the green and yellow colour scheme. They also wanted
activity, connected with a community feel to the site. It links
to important local websites and is intended as an information
base for local musical, cultural and sporting activities. |

| Cuttery
House is a Bed & Breakfast in the South Hams area
of Devon. The challenge was to give information about the house
and surrounding area, whilst also presenting the attractiveness
of Cuttery House and its ambience. Actually, come to think of
it, not much of a challenge, really! The owner also wanted the
textual style to be interesting and, above all, humourous. |
